Welcome to 12 Weeks of Progress!
Are you almost 18 and wondering how you're ever going to finish Personal Progress? Have you already earned your silver medallion and want a gold one? Are you a leader or a parent who would like to earn a medallion along with your Young Woman? Do you look through your booklet and feel absolutely overwhelmed? 12 Weeks of Progress is exactly what it sounds like: a twelve-week program to help you complete Personal Progress in record time! The schedules, reading calendar, and experience groupings are all designed to make your journey to a medallion as spiritual and efficient as possible.
Here's what you need to know to navigate this program:
Easy instructions:
Click on Schedule to find a simplified calendar. Once you are ready to begin, click on Week 1 and start working on the experiences and readings assigned for that week.
More details:
12 Weeks of Progress is divided into a 12-week calendar system. You can access the simplified calendar here (under the Schedule tab at the top) and the specific assignments for each week in their separate Week 1, Week 2, Week 3, etc. headings (which can also be found under the Schedule tab at the top of this page). Additionally, there are four experience groupings, or focuses: Focus on Self, Focus on Family, Focus on Worship, and Focus on Habit. The focuses are designed to help you ponder and improve broader central concepts as you complete activities. They can shape your experiences but do not require any extra work or attention. Self, Family, and Worship each take four weeks to complete, while Habit runs throughout the 12 week program. The 10 hour projects are not included within this timeframe, so you need to work on those outside your assignments for the week.
You can check things off on the official Personal Progress website, or in your booklet. More information on the Personal Progress program can be found at lds.org.

We are daughters of our Heavenly Father, who loves us, and we love Him.
We will 'stand as witnesses of God at all times and in all things, and in all places' (Mosiah 18:9)
as we strive to live the Young Women values, which are:
Faith
Divine Nature
Individual Worth
Knowledge
Choice and Accountability
Good Works
Integrity
and
Virtue
We believe as we come to accept and act upon these values,
we will be prepared
to strengthen home and family,
make and keep sacred covenants,
receive the ordinances of the temple,
and enjoy the blessings of exaltation.
