Focuses
Each "focus" is a group of experiences centered on a common theme. These focuses are the ideas around which your experiences will be centered. Each Personal Progress experience is assigned within a calendar week, so you don't need to look to the focuses to complete Personal Progress; however, pondering a certain goal or theme throughout your experiences will make your twelve weeks much more meaningful. The goal of the focuses is to provide you with a central concept as you complete activities throughout the program.
In Focus on Self, you complete activities aimed at improving your personal worthiness; Focus on Family will help you strengthen relationships within the home; Focus on Worship is designed to enhance your understanding of gospel principles; and Focus on Habit will help you cultivate long-term commitments to the Church. The first three focuses last for four weeks, while Focus on Habit extends through the entirety of the program.
